Time off
- Annual leave: Annual leave is granted based on tenure and hire date, starting from 10 days in the first year and increasing up to 20 days per year.

- Sick leave: Five paid days of sick leave for you to rest and get well.
- Parental leave: 26 weeks of maternity leave and 16 weeks of parental leave and in line with statutory requirements.
