Enroll now for 2018 benefits

Adobe is renewing the Group Health Insurance and Group Personal Accident Insurance with United, effective Dec. 14, 2017. We are making some design changes to provide more flexibility and align more closely with the market. These changes reflect investments we have made in your overall health and wellbeing.

Change from individual coverage limit to “family floater”

Beginning Dec. 14, 2017, the current individual coverage limit of INR 300,000 for each member will be replaced with a “family floater” maximum of INR 700,000 for the entire family. Coverage for parents will be limited to INR 500,000. Parents will continue to pay a 20% copay on claims.

Even with the increase in the coverage limit, we encourage you to consider the voluntary Top Up Health Insurance to secure extra medical protection for you and your family. The Top Up Health Insurance renews on April 1, 2018, and the open enrollment will take place in mid-March. Watch for details in March.

More family-friendly benefits

To provide more support for growing families, we are adding surrogacy benefits to the existing maternity and infertility benefits.

What you need to do

  • Group Health Insurance: Enroll your family in the medical plan through the Medibuddy portal between Dec. 14, 2017, and Jan. 31, 2018.
  • Group Personal Accident Insurance: No enrollment is necessary; you’re automatically covered—but please declare your beneficiary in the Medibuddy Portal by Jan. 31, 2018.
