Life Insurance provides financial protection for you and your family. You are eligible to participate if you are a regular employee scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week. These benefits are administered by Kotak Life Insurance.
Group Term Life Insurance
Adobe provides Group Term Life Insurance at no cost to you. The benefit is 3 times your annual fixed salary, with a maximum of INR 35,000,000. You’ll be asked to complete a paper form on your first day to name a beneficiary for Group Term Life Insurance.
Top Up Life Insurance
This benefit is optional coverage that’s in addition to the Group Term Life Insurance provided by Adobe. Participation is voluntary, and you can purchase coverage up to certain amounts. Details are in the Group Top Up Life Insurance Policy [PDF].
The cost varies from year to year. You can see the list of costs during enrollment. A new enrollment period starts on April 1, 2020.

Group Personal Accident Insurance
Group Personal Accident insurance (GPA) protects you and your family financially if you die or are disabled due to an accident. Under this insurance, you’ll be paid according to the Group Personal Accident Insurance policy [PDF]. This sum is INR 40,00,000 for all regular employees.
Payments can only be made in India and in Indian Rupees.
