Group health insurance
Group health insurance covers hospital expenses related to illness, disease or injury for you, your spouse or partner (same gender), your parents/parents-in-law (no cross combination allowed as per insurer) and up to three children. This benefit is administered through Medvantage Insurance TPA Private Limited.
The current policy coverage comprises a Family Floater for the entire family with a maximum of ₹7,00,000. Coverage for parents/parents-in-law is limited to ₹5,00,000. Parents pay a 20% copay on claims. Please log on to the Medvantage portal to see the Group Health Insurance Policy document.
You can only add dependants outside of the enrollment period within 45 days of the birth of a child/adoption or a marriage, so we encourage you to enrol now if it’s right for you. Enrollment for adoption will be done only after receiving legal decree for the child.
Group health insurance provides an OPD benefit [PDF] of ₹15,000 for you and your family which includes Doctor Consultations, Prescribed Diagnostics, prescribed vaccines, dental and vision etc. Prescription is mandatory to process the claim. The OPD benefit can now also be used in a cashless manner on the Medibuddy app / portal or through a reimbursement mode on the Medvantage portal.

Group top up health insurance
You can enhance your medical coverage by purchasing group top up health insurance. This option is provided by United India Insurance and is available for you, your spouse or same-sex partner, your parents/parents-in-law/ parents of your same-sex partner (no cross combination of parents and -in-laws allowed as per insurer) and upto three children. You have the option of taking top-ups ranging from ₹1,00,000 to ₹30,00,000.
Modular add-on plans in health insurance
In addition to top-up health insurance, you can also purchase modular add-ons [PDF], which help enhance the coverage you have towards maternity, infertility, cancer treatments and OPD in the Group Health insurance.
Group personal accident insurance
Group personal accident insurance protects you and your family financially in case of death or disability due to an accident. The maximum coverage is ₹40,00,000.
No enrolment is necessary; you're automatically covered.
Group term life insurance policy
Adobe provides group term life insurance at no cost to you. Coverage is 3 times your annual base (fixed) salary, with a maximum of ₹3,50,00,000.
The beneficiary nomination process is through My Adobe Benefits.
Voluntary retail life insurance policy
Top up life insurance is optional coverage that you can purchase in addition to the Group Term Life Insurance provided by Adobe. Participation is voluntary, and you can purchase coverage up to certain amounts.
