Interns are eligible for the following benefits during their tenure at Adobe:

Apprenticing at Adobe

Apprentices are eligible for the following benefits:

Time off

Apprentices are eligible for the following leave types prorated based on your date of joining:

  • Sick and Casual Leaves:
    • Adobe provides up to 10 days each year of sick time to rest up and get well. Unused time is forfeited at the end of the year.
    • Adobe provides up to 8 paid days of casual leave each year for you to use however you wish. Unused time does not carry over to the next year.
  • Vacation leave, Company break periods, National holidays and Global wellbeing days:
    • You’re entitled to 15 days of vacation each calendar year.
    • Adobe takes a winter break each year. For 2024, the winter break is 24 December through 1 January. Please reach out to your manager to seek clarity on your eligibility for the same. If you have received approval, you will be required to apply for leaves on Workday. These will be deducted from your Casual or Vacation Leaves.

    • The policy covers hospital expenses related to illness, disease or injury. 
    • Coverage includes:
  • Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA):
    • A flat amount of Rs 40,00,000/- is covered under this insurance in the event of an accident.
    • Apprentices must submit their nominees for this policy within 15 days of joining on the Medi Assist portal.
