Identity theft, financial fraud, and technology-based scams are increasingly common. That’s why Adobe offers several options to protect you against cybercrime.
What’s available to you
Adobe offers an employee-paid voluntary benefit that provides comprehensive identity theft and fraud protection through MetLife + Aura. You can choose coverage for yourself and your family during Open Enrollment or if you have a qualifying life event during the year.
You also have access to no-cost identity theft and credit monitoring services through My Secure Advantage that you can sign up for anytime. Review the MSA Credit and identity monitoring flyer [PDF] for details.
Plus, there are other low-cost identity theft protection services available to you through the Reward Gateway discount portal.
How MetLife + Aura identity and fraud protection works
MetLife + Aura is a voluntary benefit that provides comprehensive identity theft and fraud protection. MetLife + Aura can help you identify security vulnerabilities, take proactive steps to stay safer online, remove personal information from data brokers, and get identity theft resolution support if something goes wrong.
Two coverage options are available:
- Individual plan: Covers you only.
- Family plan: Covers you, unlimited dependent minors, and up to 10 additional adults. Also includes Life360 Platinum, which provides additional tools to help protect and connect your family.
For details, review the MetLife + Aura Plan Summary [PDF] and visit the MetLife Adobe microsite.
How to enroll and activate your account
You can enroll in MetLife + Aura during Open Enrollment through the Adobe benefits enrollment site. If you miss the Open Enrollment window, you can enroll or make changes only if you experience a qualifying life event.
To activate and set up your account, refer to these instructions: MetLife + Aura Activation flyer [PDF] or the MetLife + Aura Family + Life360 Activation flyer [PDF] if you enroll in family coverage.
