Spring Health employee assistance program (EAP)

Adobe’s employee assistance program (EAP) through Spring Health provides you and your family with 12 free, confidential counseling sessions.

The EAP also provides free on-demand mental wellbeing exercises called Moments and work-life resources (access code: adobe) to help you through many of life’s challenges and transitions, including:

  • Relationships
  • Parenting
  • Caring for aging parents
  • Grief and loss
  • Work and career
  • Healthy living

Headspace meditation app

The Headspace app gives you access to short, guided meditation sessions that help you manage your stress, sleep better, find your focus, boost your creativity, and achieve more balance in your life. It’s meditation made easy—and it’s free to you and your +1.

Headspace is available in multiple languages and offers a variety of accessibility options.

How to get started

  1. Visit Adobe’s Headspace page, and enroll with your first name, last name, and Adobe email address.
  2. If you’ve previously created a Headspace account, enter your login information. If you’re new to Headspace, click sign up for free to set up your account. Be sure to use your Adobe email when you sign up. You’ll create a unique password.
  3. Once you’ve set up your Headspace account, download the Headspace app from the App Store or Google Play.

How to add your free +1

One of the best ways to increase the likelihood that you’ll stick to a health goal—like meditating daily with the Headspace app—is to have the support of another person to keep you accountable and share the experience.

You can invite one person in your family or household to join. There is no cost to you or your +1.

To add your +1:

  1. Log in to Headspace from your computer (you cannot do this from the app).
  2. After logging in, click on your name in the right corner of the page.
  3. Click on Accounts.
  4. Navigate down to Subscription Details, and click edit.
  5. Click on Manage Accounts on the right.
  6. You’ll be taken to the Manage Accounts page, where you can invite one family or household member.

LifeDojo healthy habits app

The LifeDojo app allows you to design your own behavior-change program with the support of a personal coach and interesting articles and videos at your fingertips. Choose from a variety of habits related to fitness, healthy eating, reducing stress, or building resilience.

LifeDojo is available to employees and interns, plus one family or household member.

LifeDojo is accessible to Adobe employees and their +1s until June 30, 2024. See the LifeDojo FAQs [PDF] for more information.

How it works

Central to the LifeDojo experience is an engaging app you can use on your phone, tablet, or computer web browser.

You select one habit to focus on for 12 weeks—about the time it takes for a new habit to stick—and then receive ongoing, personalized support and advice to help you take small steps, stay motivated, and create sustainable change.

Moreover, you have the option to choose a personal coach who helps guide you to success. All coaches have specialized training in helping people achieve their goals.

You select the coach you want to work with, and then schedule a 15-minute session via phone, or just chat with your coach through the app. You can also take advantage of peer support by joining optional groups with other Adobe employees who are focused on the same habit.

How to get started

From your mobile device:

  1. Download the LifeDojo app:
    • Search for LifeDojo on the App Store or Google Play.
    • Or text dojo to 33222 to get the download link.
  2. Open the app, tap Next to scroll through the introduction, and tap Log In when finished.
  3. Enter your adobe.com email address, and tap Next to be taken to the Okta login screen.
  4. Enter your Adobe email and password, and tap Sign in.
  5. Follow the prompts to choose your 12-week program, and get started!

From your computer:

  1. Visit LifeDojo.
  2. Enter your adobe.com email address, and click Next.
  3. Click Log in with Okta.
  4. Enter your Adobe email and password, and click Sign in.
  5. Follow the prompts to choose your 12-week program, and get started!

How to add your free +1

Whether you’re looking to start a daily walking habit, drink more water, or improve your sleep, having a partner can help you stick with it.

You can invite one person from your family or household to join LifeDojo at no cost to you or your +1.

To add your +1:

  1. Log in to LifeDojo from your desktop browser or mobile app.
  2. From your home screen, click on Invite a Plus-One.
  3. Enter your +1’s email address, and select Continue. Your +1 will receive an invitation to join LifeDojo via email.
  4. Select Complete to return to your home screen.

Remove your +1:

  1. Log in to LifeDojo from your desktop browser or mobile app.
  2. Click on the Profile Settings icon in the upper right corner of your home screen.
  3. Click on Manage Plus-One User:
    • Click on Edit Plus-One.
    • Select Rescind Invitation.
    • Confirm this action by selecting Yes, Rescind Invitation. Your +1 user will be notified via email.

Thrive Global wellbeing app

Thrive Global helps you build small, healthy habits (microsteps) into your day to beat burnout and feel more focused. With Thrive Global, you can achieve wellbeing goals related to sleep, food, movement, stress management, focus, connection, or money.

Thrive Global is available to employees and interns, plus one family or household member.

How it works

Access the Thrive Global platform through the app, your browser, Microsoft Teams, and Slack, making it easy to incorporate wellbeing into your day. The browser and mobile app platforms are available in Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Thrive Global supports your wellbeing with these features:

  • Journeys: Choose a behavior change, and reach your personal goals by completing small, science-backed microsteps that build over time to create meaningful change.
  • Daily check-in questions and insights: Reflect on your wellbeing, and get personalized insights into your strengths and opportunities for growth based on your responses.
  • Challenges: Start a personal challenge or join or create a group challenge with colleagues to add an extra layer of guidance and motivation.
  • Resource library: Explore resources, including 60- to 90-second resets—quick breaks to breathe throughout your day—plus articles, role model stories, and podcasts.
  • Achievement tokens: Complete journeys, daily check-ins, and microsteps to earn tokens and grow plants in a virtual garden.

How to get started

There are three ways to begin using Thrive.

Create a Thrive Global account

  1. Visit Thrive Global from your browser, or download the mobile app (Apple | Google).
  2. Enter Adobe as the company name, and follow the prompts to sign up via SSO.

Access from Slack

  1. Make sure you are in the Adobe workspace, adobe.enterprise.slack.com.
  2. Click this link or copy it into your browser.
  3. When you see a web page that says, Redirecting to Thrive, click Open Slack in the pop up, or click open this link in your browser.

If you do not see a Redirecting to Thrive message:

  1. Locate the button with the red and white Adobe icon at the bottom of the Sign In To Your Workspace page content, and choose Open/Add.
  2. Search Adobe in the search bar and scroll down to select the red and white Adobe logo for the Adobe workspace.
  3. Click View Details, then Join and Launch in Slack. The app will then show up in your Slack apps bar.

Access from Microsoft Teams

  1. In the Microsoft Teams app on your computer, navigate to the Apps icon in the left-hand menu.
  2. Search for Thrive Global, and look for the blue leaf icon.
  3. Click Add and then Add again.

How to add your free +1

  2. Click on your profile, select Invite, and choose how you’d like to invite your +1 (by email or by direct link or QR code from Invite family & friends to Thrive).
