Neurodiversity support

Whether you identify as neurodivergent, are raising a neurodivergent child, or lead a neurodiverse team, your Adobe benefits offer support to meet the needs of every kind of mind.

Spring Health

Spring Health acts as a single point of contact to help guide you through your employee assistance program (EAP) benefits, which include neurodiversity support. Benefits are provided regardless of your medical plan enrollment, and there’s no extra cost to you.

Spring Health’s specialized neurodiversity care includes:

Focused therapy

Connect with therapists who specialize in neurodivergent conditions, including autism, ADHD, and executive functioning. Spring Health matches you to the right provider, and appointments are typically available in two days or less.

Your Adobe benefit includes 12 free therapy sessions per family member, per year, at no cost. Neurodiversity-focused therapy is part of this benefit.

Parenting and caregiver support

If you’re raising a neurodivergent child, Spring Health offers resources to help you spot early signs of neurodivergence, understand your child’s needs, and access pediatric and adolescent evaluations.

Team and leadership support

Spring Health resources can help you recognize and leverage the strengths of neurodivergent team members and build a genuinely inclusive environment.
