Using the benefit assistant

The benefit assistant is an AI agent that was custom-built to provide answers to questions about your Adobe U.S. benefits.

Overview

The benefit assistant works much like other conversational AI tools you may have used at work or at home. Just start with a question or prompt to get answers tailored to your needs. The more details you share, the more personalized your answers will be.

Your conversation will be saved as long as you keep benefits.adobe.com open in your browser. When you close the browser tab, any information you entered—and any responses you received—will be erased.

Get the most from the assistant

Here are some tips to help with using the benefit assistant.

Save what you learn: Click the copy icon to copy the assistant’s response. Then you can paste it in a document or email it to yourself or someone else.

Speak your own language: Ask your question in English or your preferred language, and the benefit assistant will respond using clear terms in that language.

Upload document images: Click on the paperclip icon in the conversation prompt window to upload images of documents (e.g., .png, .jpg). This is great if you want to compare parts of your spouse’s medical plan to your Adobe options or get an explanation of a doctor’s bill. Note: you can upload screenshots or photos of documents, but not Word or PDF files.

Start fresh: Select new chat in the top right corner of your conversation window to erase the entire conversation history. This is helpful if you want to change the subject of your discussion.
