Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Restricted stock or securities are company shares issued to an employee through a vesting plan and distribution schedule after achieving required performance milestones or upon remaining with their employer for a particular length of time.

401(k) retirement plan

A 401(k) is a company-sponsored retirement savings account that you contribute to, and the company also makes a matching contribution. The money can be is invested into a mix of stocks, bonds and other investments and you can begin withdrawing the money when you reach age 59½. When is enrollment? If you don’t enroll in or opt out of health coverage within your first 15 days, you’ll automatically be enrolled for yourself only. After your first 15 days, you have two potential opportunities to change plans: during open enrollment in November or if you have an eligible life event such as getting married, having a baby, or other life events detailed here.

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
